Jim founded The M1 Agency because he believes Social Security and Medicare are key to a successful American retirement. With over 25 years in financial services, including insurance, mortgage, and fintech, Jim understands the needs of individuals, businesses, and their employees. He offers a custom approach to provide peace of mind.

Outside of work, Jim loves golf, cheering for Detroit sports teams, and being a proud Michigander. He is married to Lisa, and together they enjoy traveling and spending time with family and friends, along with their two dogs, Serge and Enzo.

As the Principal of The M1 Agency, Jim also dedicates time and a portion of The M1 Agency’s profits to Forgotten Harvest, working to reduce food insecurity for seniors in Michigan. By building trusted, long-term relationships, Jim helps GenX Michiganders understand their Social Security and Medicare planning and set them up for a successful American retirement.
